The Mount of Olives in Jerusalem is an elevation northeast and east of the Temple Mount and the Old City of Jerusalem. Its prominence results from its special significance in the traditions of Judaism, Christianity and Islam.
When visiting Jerusalem, it is one of the most beautiful viewpoints and a great possibility to take a photo. From this spot you can see the Dome of the Rock and the rest of the minarets, domes and church towers, as well as the skyline of West Jerusalem in the background.
